My life has been one of service and transformation, marked by a calling that I initially questioned. Growing up, I always felt a pull toward something greater, but like many, I doubted if I was truly ready or qualified for God’s purpose in my life.
After serving as a Marine, I learned about discipline, sacrifice, and the importance of camaraderie. These experiences instilled in me a strong sense of duty and a desire to protect and serve others. Following my military service, I transitioned into law enforcement, spending years as a New York State Correctional Officer, then as a New York City Police Officer, and later as a Detective. Each role required me to confront the darker sides of humanity, allowing me to develop compassion and empathy for those struggling in difficult circumstances.
Throughout this time, I felt a deeper calling stirring within me. I began to realize that my experiences weren’t just for my personal growth; they were God preparing me to reach out to others. The skills I acquired — from conflict resolution to building trust and understanding diverse perspectives — became tools I would later use in my ministry.
As I answered the call to become a pastor, I was still filled with self-doubt. How could someone like me, with such a background, be a shepherd to others? However, God continually assured me of His plans and purpose. He qualified me through the lessons learned in the field and the love for humanity that He instilled in my heart.
Today, I serve as a pastor at the Embassy church and a Man Up For God ministries, with a mission to share the love and salvation of Jesus Christ. My heart is filled with compassion for the lost — those who may feel disconnected, broken, or unworthy. I strive to embody the love of Christ, to serve my community, and to lead people to encounter the transformative power of the Gospel. It is my deepest desire to see as many souls saved as possible, not by my strength but through the power of the Holy Spirit that drives me every day.
Each day, I am reminded of the incredible grace shown to me and the responsibility I have to share that grace and love with others. May God bless you all, and may His presence guide you in all you do.
love you guys
Pastor Rich

As the treasurer of The Embassy Evangelical Church and the wife of our lead pastor, I am deeply honored to serve in this community. My journey in ministry began alongside my husband when he founded Man Up For God Ministries in New York. Initially, I never envisioned being a pastor's wife, but I have embraced this calling wholeheartedly.
Helping others comes naturally to me, especially when it involves sharing a meal. If you come to my home, expect to be fed! I believe in serving with a heart like Jesus, who taught us that He came not to be served but to serve. I am excited to contribute to our little church and can’t wait to see the great things God has in store for us. Thank you for being a part of this journey!
God bless you all!

I have always been like Martha in the Bible working with energy and fervor. Martha had a bad reputation for working and not spending time with the Lord (something that I have had to work on as well). However, we both love the Lord and know the importance of Him in our lives. I care for others and want to bless family, friends and the community with service and love. Sering coffee and tea at a coffee shop while praying for all who enter is my dream and a small way of using my talents for Jesus.

I would like to see that no one goes hungry and that everyone has food to eat. That is why I am passionate about the Food Pantry Ministry. When my son, David was alive (passed at the age of 19), He would always help me bag groceries and hand them to people in need. That's why the pantry is called "Davids Food Pantry" In memory of my son.
